Hello and welcome to Arco + Aries! All of my bows are sewn and tied by me. Please allow at least 2 weeks to receive your order unless we've discussed otherwise. 

*If you are ever unhappy with a product, do not hesitate to contact me and I will try my best to make you completely satisfied.  If a bow should ever come untied, I will absolutely fix it for you at any time!

*Please note that I cannot be responsible for your package once it enters the hands of the USPS.
